Salmon with chili honey and bee pollen

Looking for a dinner idea that will impress? This is it! Salmon with creamy honey with chili and pollen is exactly what you are looking for! Easy to prepare, great tasting and something new to impress with its innovation!

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Oven heat to 260 degrees.
  2. Pat the salmon dry on both sides with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter and oil in an ovenproof dish, add the crushed garlic cloves and stir until fragrant.
  4. We add creamy honey with chili , soy sauce and lemon juice and stir until the honey melts and the sauce comes to a boil.
  5. Then add the salmon fillets to the pan (skin side down, if any) and cook for 2-3 minutes, while using a spoon to scoop up the sauce several times and pour it over the meat.
  6. Add the lemon slices and place in the oven for 5-6 minutes to brown the salmon on top. #mastermove - lemon slices add freshness to a dish, but do not overpower the taste of the final dish. They are often added to sweet or savory dishes because they round out the flavor wonderfully. But be careful - a few lemon slices will be enough for the perfect effect!
  7. Sprinkle the top with with bee pollen , chopped chilies and parsley, and served alongside rice, potatoes and/or vegetables. The bee pollen adds a #mastermove effect with its sophisticated aroma and beautiful colored balls.
