Hot chocolate on a cold winter evening? Always for it! How about hot chocolate with Baileys cream honey liqueur? Absolutely, anytime! Making hot chocolate at home is actually easy, and you almost always have the ingredients on hand.
Ingredients:
- 800 ml of milk
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 6 tbsp starch
- 160 g honey Melissé Baileys liqueur
- 240 g chopped chocolate 70% cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 tsp cocoa
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- Mix a couple of tablespoons of milk with the starch. Set aside.
- Bring the milk and cream to a boil in a saucepan (if you like thicker chocolate, reduce the amount of milk by 100 ml). Add the starch and stir until thickened, about 1 minute.
- Add all the other ingredients and cook a little.
- Serve with whipped cream or whipped cream.
Quantity: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes
#mastermove advice: If you don't have starch on hand, maybe there's some chocolate pudding powder hiding somewhere? 🙂 This one contains starch, you'll just need a little more of it - about half a bag, but if you like it thicker, you can add a little more.
