
Honey chocolate strawberries

An idea for Valentine's Day pampering - honey chocolate strawberries. They will delight your better half - and you! A timeless classic in a new guise with a sweet honey flavor.
Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 1 large spoon each Baileys cream honey liqueur and Hennessy Cream Honey (approx. 15-20 g of honey)
- 200 g dark chocolate (52% cocoa)
- 50 g dark chocolate (52% cocoa)
- 20 g coconut oil
- White chocolate for decoration (optional)
- Melt 200 g of chocolate and coconut oil over a bain-marie. Once the chocolate is melted, add an additional 50 g of chocolate to temper the chocolate slightly.
- Divide into two parts; put 1 tablespoon in one. Baileys cream honey liqueur , and in the other Creamy honey cognac Hennessy and mix.
- Wash the strawberries and pat dry with a paper towel. Dip each strawberry in the chocolate, shake off any excess chocolate, and arrange on a baking sheet. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
- If desired, decorate with white chocolate, which is melted over a stovetop and placed in a pastry bag for easier sprinkling.
- For complete enjoyment, strawberries are served in combination with Chilli Wine .
