Slovenian Breakfast Day. A great day to support local food and enjoy a healthy Slovenian breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 0.5kg homemade spelt flour
- 2.5 dcl lukewarm water
- 4 tablespoons oil
- half a cube of fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble the fresh yeast into the well, sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar and add 1/2 cup of water. Mix a little and let the yeast rise. Place a teaspoon of salt on the edge of the flour.
Then add lukewarm water and oil and knead the ingredients well. For a real #mastermove , be careful with the flour - you always have to work with a little feeling and adjust the amount of water if necessary. If it's too thin, add a little more flour, but if you think you won't be able to knead it, add a little water. 🙂
Then cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise. When it rises, knead it again slightly and let it rise again. During the second rising, heat the oven to 220 degrees.
Then shape the loaf on a baking sheet and cut a slit in the top. Place the loaf in the oven and after a few minutes reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for approx. half an hour until golden brown.
