API-PAPI is used every morning on an empty stomach, 1 teaspoon (for each family member) . We recommend using a wooden or ceramic spoon (plastic is no longer recommended!), as metal changes the chemical composition of the honey upon contact.

Storage: An unopened jar is good for consumption for three or more years from the date of filling. Once opened, we recommend that you consume the product as soon as possible. Feed him/her in the refrigerator or in a dark place, as royal jelly is very sensitive to temperature. We also recommend that it be consumed whole after opening , to prevent the possible impact of oxidization of the jelly.
