We recommend that API-PAPI be used every morning on an empty stomach, 1 teaspoon. When using it, we recommend using a wooden, ceramic or plastic spoon. We do not recommend using a metal spoon, as it causes the chemical composition of the honey to change upon contact.

Storage: Never opened, it is suitable for consumption for three or more years from the date of bottling. After opening the jar, we recommend using it as soon as possible. Store the product in the refrigerator and in a dark place, as royal jelly is very sensitive to temperature, oxygen and light. We also advise that that it is eaten whole after opening , thus preventing the possible impact of milk oxidation.
