Recommended use: 

1 heaped teaspoon twice a day, morning and evening.
Pollen Enjoy every day , on an empty stomach, until you have used up the entire contents of the jar. It is best to leave it overnight in a glass of water or tea, even yogurt or kefir. The granules consumed in this way will be easier to digest, and the bioactive substances from the pollen will be more easily absorbed into the bloodstream. We recommend that you scoop it up with a wooden or ceramic spoon.
