Cream honey is not heat-treated and is completely natural. The creaminess of honey is achieved through a special processing method that causes the sugar crystals to rub against each other, brightening and thickening them. This type of honey has a delicate creamy texture and is also more spreadable.
Due to its creamy and dense texture, it is particularly suitable as a healthy spread on bread, and is also loved by children for a sweet start to the day. It can be used as a sweetener for tea or a rich addition to various pastries, cookies, strudel or mulled wine.
If you want to consume all the natural ingredients that honey contains, we recommend that you do not heat it or add it to liquids above 38 degrees, as this destroys some of the active ingredients. Nevertheless, it is often used in baking, as it enriches the taste with its aroma and natural sweetness.
Shelf life: Honey is characterized by its longevity if stored under certain conditions. Unopened honey is suitable for consumption for three or more years from the date of filling. After opening the jar, we recommend using it within 6 months.
Storage : Keep it in a dry, cool and dark place.

The body of a bee is covered with tiny hairs that catch pollen when they visit flowers. Bees visit flowers primarily to collect nectar, which they cannot reach without rubbing against the anthers and thus being dusted with pollen.
Using its legs and bristles, the bee cleans the collected pollen from its body, moistens it with saliva and honey, and then transfers it with its front legs to its hind legs, where there is a special place for collecting pollen, called a comb.
When the bee returns to the hive, it finds a suitable honeycomb cell and scrapes pollen into it with its hind legs.
The hive bees moisten it with saliva, press it to the bottom of the cell, and cover it with a thin layer of honey, thus preventing spoilage.
