Apricots combined with original molasses create a natural sweetness, while the blend of two core varieties of Caroline & Nage brings heat, with a slowly building intensity familiar to chili heads. A harmonious trio of freshly ground cumin, anise and cloves adds depth and complexity to the salsa with earthy notes that harmoniously complement the sweetness of the apricots and molasses.
